Revisions
We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- Minor adjustments to stitch density, underlay, or pull compensation are included at no extra cost.
- We will work with you to address any technical issues with the digitized file.
- Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The digitized file does not match the approved specifications.
- Technical errors that cannot be resolved through revisions.
- Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed work that meets the agreed specifications.
- Changes in design requirements after work has been completed.
- Issues arising from improper use of the digitized files.
