Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Precision Digitizing, we are committed to delivering high-quality embroidery digitizing services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction:

  • Minor adjustments to stitch density, underlay, or pull compensation are included at no extra cost
  • We will work with you to address any technical issues with the digitized file
  • Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The digitized file does not match the approved specifications
  • Technical errors that cannot be resolved through revisions
  • Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Changes in design requirements after work has been completed
  • Issues arising from improper use of the digitized files

Refund Process

To request a refund:
